INCLUSION PROGRAM
At Textile23, we are committed to fostering a workplace that celebrates diversity and promotes respect for all cultures and communities. As part of this commitment, our team takes part in The Inclusion Program, Australia’s leading online inclusion training course designed to help organisations embrace diversity and build safe, inclusive environments.
We also engage with the First Nations Course, which deepens understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and highlights the importance of Indigenous cultural diversity in the workplace. This program explores key themes through powerful artworks created by Elizabeth Close, a leading Indigenous artist from the Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara Lands in central Australia.
